Return Policy

*ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA) / 10 WORKING DAYS (OUTSIDE MALAYSIA)

ATELIER CHE provides returns for all items *except Best Buy/Sale/Discounted items

• Items must be in its original condition (tags intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
• Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
• All returns must include the INVOICE SLIP. If you lose your invoice slip, you may find and reprint it in your Account info.
• The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email you your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes 2- 3 working days.
• All returns which do not meet the above mentioned criteria's will be strictly declined and forfeited.
• If the requested exchange of colour and/or size is not available, we will refund you via store credit voucher which you may utilize for your next purchase within 3 months.
